Google Sign-In: Users also have the option to sign in using Google authentication. If you choose to sign in with Google, we may receive and store:

We do not store your Google password. Any access to your Google information is handled securely through Google's authentication system.

b) Chat & Message Data

We store:

• Messages you send within the app
• AI-generated responses

These messages are stored securely to:

• Provide chat functionality

c) Automatically Collected Information

• Device type
• Operating system

• Crash logs and performance data (for app improvement)

2. Data We Currently Do Not Collect (Future-Safe)

At this time, TeddyBuddy AI does not collect the following types of data:

Users can request deletion of their TeddyBuddy AI account and associated personal data at any time.

• Include your registered email address and your user ID (if available) in the email body

What data will be deleted:

• Account information (such as your email address and internal user ID)
• Chat history with the AI linked to your account
• App usage data linked to your account identity

Deletion timelines and retention:

• Once your request is verified, we aim to complete deletion of your account and associated personal data within 7 to 30 business days.
• Some basic server logs may be retained for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes for up to 90 days, after which they are automatically deleted or anonymised.

8. Data Retention

We retain your personal data only for as long as your account is active and as necessary to provide the TeddyBuddy AI service or as required by law.

When you request deletion of your account, we apply the timelines described in Section 7 above. After deletion is complete, your personal data and chat data are removed from our active systems, except for limited information we may retain for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes as described.

9. Children's Privacy

TeddyBuddy AI is not intended for children under the age of 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we discover that a child has provided us with personal information, we will delete it as soon as reasonably possible.
